Dr. Kai is an Assistant Professor at Columbia University School of Nursing where he also completed his academic coursework, earning both a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner and palliative and end-of-life care, as well as his Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). He is the Clinical Director of Transgender Health at Montefiore Medical Cent
