We really appreciate everyone for being so patient with curbside service and the current wait times. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, and we are trying to make it as safe as possible for our staff and clients. As of right now we are still curbside only, however we are allowing clients with mask on to come in if they are euthanizing their pet. Thank you for working with us during this pandemic. We hope to see your faces back in our clinic soon!

With this app you will also be able to text our clinic number to ask questions or let us know you’re here for your appointments. After a grueling 75 plus hours of online lecture and in person labs, a terrifying oral exam and an exhausting 200 question written final, I am OFFICIALLY a veterinary acupuncturist!! 🥳
None of this would’ve been possible without the wonderful guidance from my mentor and boss, Dr. Karen Knarr, without my clinic for giving me some down time to study, without Peter and family for supporting this venture, without Ashby and Abe for letting me palpate them regularly in my point studying and without all those brave enough to allow me to needle, electro and aquapuncture their fur babies. ☯️
I am SO excited for this aspect of my veterinary career. It’s been a lifelong dream, after seeing how much it helped my horses throughout my riding career. Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of this long journey. I am looking so forward to using a balance of Western and Chinese medicine to help my patients daily. 🐶🐱🐾

The saying is “it takes a village to raise a child”, however that is also true for this filly. This spring, I found this filly, early one morning when I went to do chores and check on mares. She was up and very spry, however her mother hemorrhaged after birth and died. Kyle came and loaded her into the trailer, and we obtained some mare colostrum from some friends. We tried two different nurse mares, one from a cousin, one from a friends.
So with neither mare loving “Hobo”, we were back to feeding foal replacer. I figured Hobo needed some company, so I thought she could live with Doris the Milk Cow. Next morning when Doris was milked, she only gave 4 litres, when she would usually give 8-10 litres per milking. Same thing that evening. We then caught Hobo In the act.... Doris loves Hobo. LOVES her immensely. If Hobo isn’t in her sight, you will hear Doris bellar for that filly. Weaning time is going to be hard on Doris the milk cow. First picture is from the first day we caught Hobo nursing, second picture is from today.

Today is #WorldCancerDay - a day to raise awareness of cancer and encourage its prevention, detection, and treatment. Here are 8️⃣ signs of cancer in pets. Regular check-ups with your veterinarian are crucial as pets today have a better chance of being successfully treated for neoplasia and cancer than they did before, thanks to advances in early recognition, diagnosis and treatment. http://bit.ly/2OenYrc
