On September 27th, Azerbaijani forces launched a military attack along the Artsakh border. Civilian settlements and infrastructure have been destroyed and countless casualties have been reported.
The Armenian Eagles Foundation, in collaboration with Elevate Health Group, will be sending essential medical supplies to Armenia and Artsakh to help our wounded civilians and soldiers.

We are beyond excited to introduce the latest addition to the EHG family, Arazin Minasian, MD. Dr. Arazin Minasian is a Los Angeles native who is dedicated to serving his community through a patient-centered approach. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA, he obtained his medical education at Keck School of Medicine of USC. He went on to complete an Internal Medicine residency at the LAC+USC Medical Center, where he combined his passion for health care and working with an underserved patient population. Dr. Minasian believes strongly that an open and honest relationship with patients and their families produces the best individualized and evidence-based care. Dr. Minasian will be starting at Elevate Health Group on a full time basis on August 3
We are very excited about the latest addition to Elevate Health Group, Manvel Kondradzhyan MD. Dr. Kondradzhyan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and brings with him years of expertise in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. We are proud to have him as a part our team!
