• Basic accounting and mathematical skills required
• Oversee overnight front desk operations and must be able to make sound
decisions
• Check guests in and out efficiently in a friendly and professional manner
• Provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
• Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
• Close out each day’s business transactions
• Post and balance large amounts of revenue for various departments efficiently
• Ensures that all cash, checks and credit cards are in balance at the end of each
day
• Posts room charges using PMS; collects payment and makes changes for hotel
guests
• Operate computer, 10-key calculator, copier, fax, telephone
• Ability to accurately input information into a computer using various software
• Reconcile credit card system to daily transactions
• Maintain Tax Exemption spreadsheets
• Knowledge of reservations systems, and procedures; takes reservations and
knows cancellation procedures and policy – will train
• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions with minimal direct
supervision
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

While this past year was one of great uncertainty, our Team Members came together in remarkable ways to demonstrate the power and resiliency of our Hilton hospitality. I’ve always said they are the heart and soul of Hilton, but never has that been more apparent than over the last 12 months, as they have led with kindness and empathy. One of the best parts of my job is recognizing those Team Members who have truly gone above and beyond to serve our guests, communities and each other, and today I’m thrilled to introduce you to 13 Team Members who have received this year’s CEO Light & Warmth Award. Our highest Team Member honor recognizes outstanding contributions around the world, and this group proves that it’s possible to have a tremendous positive impact – regardless of the circumstances. Please join me in congratulating each of them and watch this space in the coming weeks to learn more about our Team Members.
Primary Duties Include:
• Clean guest rooms, including guest bathrooms and kitchenette
• Making beds, emptying wastebaskets, moving furniture; sweeping, mopping vacuuming, scrubbing, and dusting
• The ability to walk, push, pull, lift, bend and move equipment and remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Replenishes all guest room supplies and amenities
• Deep cleans areas as directed by supervisor
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Assist in laundry and other areas of housekeeping as needed
• Hospitable, Reliable, Hardworking, Honest, Team Player
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Schedules are subject to change weekly - Approximately 30 hours per week with potential for full-time
