Every day can be completely different from the next in how things affect you or you react!
There are days when you don't care about ANYTHING!
But then other days you overthink the smallest of things and can't turn it off!
There are days when you endure intense trauma
BUT....
Other days you breakdown over the wrong food order!
It truly is OKAY to have these different reactions at different times it's just how you overcome them and continue to fight for yourself!
Remember not always what we think is the truth is the truth and if you find yourself overthinking try to take a deep breath, assess what you are thinking about, and ask yourself is this really worth the extreme thought I am giving it at this time!

Over on my Patreon, I shared a printable today that was focused on affirmations and self-talk because it's one of the biggest obstacles to self-love. How are you going to love yourself when you have a toxic voice in your head that likes to tell you that you're a screw-up and that nothing you do matters?
So that's always one of the first things I recommend to anyone who is struggling with self-love. When you find yourself saying/thinking something crappy about yourself - redirect it to something positive. With practice (I think it took me 7.8 million times) your brain starts to automatically course correct. Your default thought process is so much more loving (or at least less of an asshole).
So today I'd like you to evaluate your self-talk over the last week. How has it been?

The only bird that will peck at an Eagle, is the crow. He sits on his back and bites his neck. The Eagle does not respond or fight with the crow. It doesn't waste time or energy on the crow. It simply opens its wings and begins to rise higher in the sky. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the crow to breathe. Eventually the crow falls due to lack of oxygen. Stop wasting your time with the crows.
Just take them to your heights and they'll fade.
