Our evidence-based treatments include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and 12-step community support. All clients participate in weekly individual sessions with a primary therapist and psychiatrist. We specialize in helping teens with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse, ODD, ADHD, OCD, and many other issues. We excel at treating teens who have difficulty regulating their emotions, engage in high risk and self-harm behaviors, or struggle with suicidal ideation. Through individual and group therapy, we teach teens the skills they need for distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and impulse control. Through intensive family therapy, coordination with previous providers, successful aftercare planning and alumni outreach, we help to create a cohesive and sustainable support network.For teens considering help at Evolve, we will ask you to do some hard work and face some challenges as you learn new coping skills.
