We have an immediate need for the perfect candidate to join our team as our Service Coordinator.
You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling technicians, overseeing daily technician interactions with customers, handle any complaints or questions, filing, purchasing material & equipment, writing contracts, pricing invoices, recording payroll hours, collections, and other duties as assigned.
Must be proficient with normal office machines (copiers, printers, FAX machine, etc.) have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Accounting/Scheduling Software), attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must.
The position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm,
