It all started in Maryville, TN in 2007 when chef and entrepreneur, Anthony DiFranco III, turned an abandoned gas station in a drive-in BBQ joint. Working off the old gas station structure and layout of the property, the name Full Service BBQ was born. Since then, the business has grown tremendously and continues to flourish due to consistently great-tasting food, fast and friendly service, and love and support for the surrounding communities. In 2015, Full Service BBQ opened a second restaurant near downtown Knoxville in an old car-hop fast food location, keeping with the Full Service BBQ theme. In 2016, Full Service BBQ opened a third location in Farragut.
