OUR STORY
It all started in Maryville, TN in 2007 when chef and entrepreneur, Anthony DiFranco III, turned an abandoned gas station in a drive-in BBQ joint. Working off the old gas station structure and layout of the property, the name Full Service BBQ was born. Since then, the business has grown tremendously and continues to flourish due to consistently great-tasting food, fast and friendly service, and love and support for the surrounding communities. In 2015, Full Service BBQ opened a second restaurant near downtown Knoxville in an old car-hop fast food location, keeping with the Full Service BBQ theme. In 2016, Full Service BBQ opened a third location in Farragut.
They had checkers to play and a few other games to play but most importantly the food was amazing and cheap and comes with a lot of food and it was fast...
It was ok. Nothing to write home about. It would be outstanding if you were a novice to good bbq. The sides were good. Food took a long time to cook/prep....
