Ben Garcia has been in the mortgage industry since 2008. He moved to Arizona from New Mexico in 2002 and calls Chandler home. With a history of excellent customer service and knowledge of what is available to homebuyers, Ben ensures that his clients are happy. John Kean was raised in northern Missouri where he stayed until a desire for a change of scenery after college brought him to Arizona. One of John’s main objectives when working with his clients is to create a debt strategy that generates long-term wealth. He takes time with each client to analyze different down payment options and discuss the key benefits and drawbacks of each program. John strives to make sure that every client has a clear understanding of their financing and that they walk away from their transaction with the knowledge of how to maximize their credit and purchasing ability for future transaction.
