To all our clients, We are continuing to do our best to stay open, stay safe, and fight Covid-19. During these unprecedented times, we ask that you be patient with our safety protocols. We understand that in the past eight months of fighting this pandemic, emotions, and stress for many have been at an all-time high. We will continue to take the appropriate measures to keep our clients, patients, and staff safe. This means we are going to continue to provide curbside services exclusively. We want to address the frustration with our phone system. Due to curbside protocol, our phones are receiving twice as many calls as we would normally see. We have also lost some of our wonderful receptionist team members due to the stress and emotional strain they are facing when they answer the phones. This has left us shorthanded, with a limited phone system, at a time where our phones are our most valuable way of communicating. Please understand: We are short-staffed. We are exhausted. We are doing the very best we can. We just implemented new menu options in our phone system to set up a better call flow for, you, our clients. We are also actively searching and training new receptionist on our team to navigate through the influx in calls. However, even with these improvements, there will be delays in our communication. We are doing everything we can to respond to your voicemails and emails. We are not, and will not, ignore you. Please, work with us and show us patience. We want to be there for everyone. It may take us longer than usual to respond, but we promise, we will respond. Our team is constantly adapting and learning the most effective ways to handle this incredible influx of calls. This means you will likely be placed on hold for a short time as we are answering all calls in the order that they are received. Hanging up and calling back will only move you further down the list of your call being answered. We ask that you please be patient with us and be kind to the team member who answers your call so we can effectively take care of your pet. We know that the changes we have made can be inconvenient, but please show our team members kindness and respect as they care for your pet. We are all doing the best that we can. We are all in this together, and we will all get through this together with kindness. Thank you for your understanding, Your Gasow Veterinary team
