1. SELF-SERVE IN ROCHESTER HILLS, ROYAL OAK & WEST BLOOMFIELD – NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. CAPACITY LIMITS OF NO MORE THAN 3 SELF-SERVE CUSTOMERS (1 CUSTOMER PER DOG). 😷 MASKS MUST BE WORN.
2. 🦮🐈 GROOMING IN ROYAL OAK & WEST BLOOMFIELD -ONLINE SCHEDULING ONLY. WE ARE NOT TAKING PHONE CALLS AS WE NEED THE OPEN LINES TO COORDINATE CURBSIDE DROP OFF/PICK UP.
Please call upon arrival and wear a MASK for dog exchanges. We are NOT allowing grooming customers in store.
🦠We have thousands of customers all trying to get in right now, so please arrive 10 minutes early. 🧻 Take your dog to go potty. No shows or anyone more than 10 minutes late will be charged the full price of the groom and will not be able to reschedule until after July 1st, when we have made a dent in this huge backlog.
3. GROOMING IN ROCHESTER HILLS – OPERATING AS USUAL, BUT WITH CAPACITY LIMITS OF 1 GROOMING CUSTOMER AT A TIME. MASKS MUST BE WORN
4. No cash accepted. 💳 Cards only, please. 💵Cash tips are okay - please put in envelope or we'll provide one for you.
5. $5 Covid-19 GROOMING fee per dog (doesn’t apply to self-serve). Covers PPE, signs, shields, sanitizer/disinfectant and cleaning staff and HVAC safety upgrades.
All 3 of our locations carry these delicious treats by The Pound Bakery. Peanut Butter & Honey and Cheddar Cheese & Bacon flavors available, with less than 10 ingredients- all of which can be found in the local grocery store! These reasonably priced treats are soft baked so they are great for all life stages, with or without a full set of chompers!
We know this year has really muddied up everyone's big plans for 2020, and we recognize the same is true for our pets!
Our self-serve wash is available 7 days a week, so even as things "get back to normal" we will be here to help wash away worry regarding your pet's grooming needs!

- Self-serve dog washes: Come in with your bring your pet, scrub up and enjoy the day!
-"We Scrub" service: For pet parents on-the-go! Make an appointment, drop off, let us do the "dirty work", we contact for pick up and you drive away with your fresh furry friend!
-Full grooming service: With our professional, experienced, breed-knowledgeable, top-notch team!
