Since the age of nine, Genri Pinkhasov, M.D. wanted to become a doctor and be someone people could entrust with their lives. “I love to help people. Every day is more humbling than the previous, as I meet different patients from all walks of life with diverse ailments. It’s a tremendously rewarding profession and I am very fortunate to be a small part of it.” His uncle, a retired urologist, and his mentors at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in New York, where he was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society, played a substantial role in Dr. Pinkhasov specializing in urology. He completed both his general surgery internship and urology residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Penn State University in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed an urologic oncology/minimally invasive fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. Pinkhasov treats all aspects of urology and specializes in urologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery with a special interest in prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, penile cancer and testicular cancer.
