Meet Harry and Rose! They belong to Dr. Matt Richenburg, a veterinarian at Gladstone Animal Clinic, LLC. Harry and Rose enjoy snuggling on the couch, wrestling, and like playing fetch. Rose is a new addition to the family, and some may say she is a "wild child" because she likes to eat everything she's not supposed to. Harry enjoys visiting the clinic and hanging out with all of the staff.
We know that sometimes dog owners don’t exactly know why they need specific vaccines for their pets. Meet PC! She belongs to Dr. Amanda Shull. PC is 10 years old, loves getting monthly KitNip boxes, sleeping in her cat cube, and chasing bugs in the yard. PC is a very good girl, so she gets lots of treats!

Canine parvovirus type 2 (CPV-2) attacks the gastrointestinal tract of puppies and dogs.
Symptoms I include:
•Lethargy
•Loss of appetite

Rhinotracheitis is a respiratory disease caused by herpesvirus-1. “Rhinotracheitis” means inflammation of the nose and windpipe, or trachea. Feline herpesvirus type 1 is responsible for 80% to 90% of infectious feline upper respiratory diseases.
Feline rhinotracheitis is spread between cats through direct contact with the eyes or nose of an infected cat or through contaminated objects, such as food and water bowls.

It’s an infection caused by the buildup of soft plaque on the surface of the teeth around the gums. The cause of gum disease is the same in dogs and cats as it is in people. This can cause an infection in the bone surrounding the teeth. Cleaning your pet’s teeth routinely can help with managing gum disease. This can be done by brushing, daily chewing activities, and keeping up to date on dental cleanings with your veterinarian.
