This month’s #WednesdayWisdom advice comes from Sidney, a lifelong volunteer, who finds joy through helping others. For more than six decades, Sid worked to raise funds for Hadassah, an organization whose members share a passion for Israel and who are committed to making the world a better place. Now living at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, Sid’s natural affinity for others is evidenced in his work on the community’s Resident Council board. “Helping people is the joy of my life," says Sid. His advice: “Volunteer.”

Community members and staff eagerly rolled up their sleeves for the first of the two-dose #PfizerVaccine, taking the first step to reduce the risk of both getting and spreading the virus.
