Harford Emergency & Referral Veterinary Services is the first 24 hour pet hospital in Bel Air, Harford County. Our mission is to provide a total-pet health care environment with superior customer service, ensuring that the needs of the sick pet, the client and referring doctor are met. The animal hospital is just minutes north of downtown Bel Air.

All they ask is that you provide free & safe room and board at a farm, horse stable, warehouse, or other suitable outdoor location. Please contact us at barnbuddies@harfordshelter.org.
