HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness is a comprehensive rehabilitation organization with offices in Morgantown, Westover, Buckhannon, Fairmont, Blacksville, and Cheat Lake, WV, and Smithfield, PA. We focus on treatment of musculoskeletal injury and disease through physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or fitness programs.
