We are currently looking for a Customer Service Technician to primarily focus on customer care - maximizing opportunities with existing customers and ensuring Helitech's best practices on all projects. Primary Responsibilities: • Visiting customer's homes to identify and resolve customer issues • Making repairs and bringing closure to the issue as well as identifying any additional needs • Complete callback reports and daily activity logs • Identify warranty repair trends in the field relaying information to the Customer Service Manager • Other miscellaneous tasks as needed Requirements Experience: • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types • Strong emphasis on quality of service and follow-up • Basic construction skills and knowledge • Excellent communication and listening skills • Analytical ability necessary to perform root cause analysis DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: IDENTIFY PROBLEMS THE CUSTOMER IS HAVING MAKE REPAIRS BRING CLOSURE TO THE ISSUE, WHETHER IT BE REPAIR ON SITE OR SCHEDULE A CREW IDENTIFY ADDITIONAL NEEDS THE CUSTOMER MAU HAVE AND PROPSE THE SOLUTION Work Efficiently to bring closure to each customer issue. If a crew is necessary for repairs, you will work with the Customer Service Team and Scheduling team to schedule that appointment. You may need to accompany the crew on the repair as a foreman to ensure the repair is done correctly and in a timely manner. Demands can change from day to day depending on the weather, when this happens you will work with Customer Service Manager in order to plan ahead as far as possible to run emergency call backs which may include after hours and weekends.
