Henderson-Hughes Health Partners (H3P) is a 501C3 nonprofit organization with health advocacy, health literacy, health consulting at its core. The mission of H3P is to stamp out health illiteracy by educating the community on public health matters and the health care industry. There are 4 mobile services that H3P provides to the state of Arizona and beyond. They are Teens Educated Against Sexual Endeavors (T.E.A.S.E.), H3P Senior Initiative, VHHughes Consulting and Young grandparents, Observing, Understanding, Nurturing, Grandchildren (Y.O.U.N.G). T.E.A.S.E. (Teens Educated Against Sexual Endeavors) was developed to reduce pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases among teens. H3P Senior Initiative is for seniors aged 60 and above. Developed to reduce the rate of sexually transmitted disease among the senior population. In addition to helping seniors fill out insurance forms, answer prescription related questions, and understand specific health issues. VHHughes Consulting is the for profit side of Henderson-Hughes Health Partners (H3P). VHHughes Consulting is focused on reviewing, analyzing and developing programs and services in the areas of youth and senior citizen health, chronic disease detection/treatment/prevention, health screenings, health education with expansion into mobile primary care. Young grandparents, Observing, Understanding, Nurturing, Grandchildren (Y.O.U.N.G) is a mobile program is designed for grandparents age 25 through age 54 and is open to all grandparents in need. The areas of focus are Decision to raise grandchildren, Kinship Foster Care, Grandparent Stipend, Foster Care Licensing, and Adoption vs Guardianship.
