Dr. Hijab Zubairi is a primary care physician who practices in Santa Clarita. She is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, and can see patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include tropical medicine and infectious diseases, refugee health, patient advocacy, medical education and advancement, and providing primary care to patients in resource limited areas.
Dr. Zubairi received her medical degree from the University of Vermont. She completed her internal medicine/pediatrics training at Tufts University/Baystate Medical Center, where she was chief resident. She then completed a global health leadership fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, and received her Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public health. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology and religious studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
