I have had to remind a few clients of this recently. Change is scary I know. You should not base your life decisions on FEAR.
Getting calls from clients - YES custody orders remain in place! Also I am advising my clients who are co-parenting to:
(1) Be flexible
(2) Be considerate. Ask other parent their opinion! Do what truly best for your child.
(3) Try to come up with schedule for young children that you use at both houses
