Handling Co-Parenting Issues as Stay-At-Home Orders are Lifted
Supreme Court Order Prohibits Jury Trials through June
The Louisiana Supreme Court on April 22 issued an Order reiterating the positions in its April 6 Order and adding that:
• no civil or criminal jury trial shall commence in any Louisiana state court before June 30, 2020 and
• consent for remote proceedings in civil matters shall not be unreasonably withheld by any party.
