2005 GMC Yukon XL with ABS and Trac light on not drivable. Diagnosed with excessive play with front bearings. Since it has 220k miles replaced both front bearing with abs sensors. Also performed 4 wheel alignment

1995 Dodge Ram 3500 RV conversion, towed in for harsh idle, no power and stalling. Diagnosed with multiple issues such as vacuum leaks, egr and manifold gaskets. Rebuild complete top end with new upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, injector o-rings, pcv, throttle gaskets and rebuild.
2019 Nissan NV200, installed new rear glass windows with open sliding feature and bug screen. Roof mounted round vent fan with twist operation. All water sealed and tested.

2020 Transit front seat swivel mounts
Hand pump fresh water sink setup inside 2020 Transit 4x4. Customer needed something for the kids while on the road. We mad this from scratch with 1/2” wood, laminated in white and hardwood inside, large 15” deep stainless sink, metal laminate rust proof counter top then anchored to vehicle. Using an easy to get 5 gallon water jug makes refills very easy and the waste water goes down the drain to an RV water socket to keep the mice and critters out. Customer had a vision and we make it come true. This conversion van ended up with dual from driver and passenger seat swivel 360 mounts, MaxxFan vent, vinyl flooring, sink setup, roof rails and power wire for auxiliary lights to roof rails and rear of vehicle.
Custom hand pump sink with 5 gallon fresh water and straight drain of grey water with RV water drain socket. Art L. did a great job with the laminate top and inside shelves. Also made a great shelf to hold the 5 gallon jug.
Testing the MaxxFan install on 2020 Transit
2002 Wrangler frame repair was worse than expected. Needed compete rear drivers side box frame and half of passenger side. Welded 1/8” steel and boxed the frame then added another layer of 1/8” steel over the drivers side rear wheel well section. Plugged all holes in frame and made two holes for drainage and air flow. Degreaser and Acid wash is next then POR-15 base and top coat will have the wrangler ready for any weather
Six way valet seat being installed into 2021 Honda CR-V. No one makes a mount for this. Took some measurements and will make a custom mount from steel plate MIG welded and down to the mm. We are an authorized and certified mobility repair shop which means we are allowed to custom fabricate and our products are certified and DOT Inspected for safety.

And that’s a wrap. The first of its kind a 2020 CRV with turn out seat aka valet seat. We are the first to be able to fit this setup onto 2020 CRV without any body/floor modifications. Usually meant for larger vehicles such as mini vans and vans. From paper to fabrication to completion in 4 weeks.

My baby Milo is finally at rest. After 3 1/2 year of fighting he passed on Saturday. He was loved so so much, held in my arms with his little brother Gizmo by his side until his last breath. I lost a part of me with Milo. I love you so much RIP 🌈 until I see you again.
