Everyone was so excited to meet this giant sweet cat! Tiki is a 2.5 year old Maine Coon and he weighed about 23 pounds. He was the sweetest boy and loved all of the attention from the staff :)

Online Pet Costume Contest Begins Today! This year due to COVID-19, we had to move our 19th Annual Halloween Party and Pet Costume Contest to online. Starting today through October 24th, submit a picture of your pet in their best Halloween costume to our Pet Costume Contest photo album. Make sure to include a brief description of the costume and your pet's name and your last name. Our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will win prizes for their spooky attire, and we will announce the winners on Facebook on Monday, October 26th. Good luck!

FOOD DRIVE AT HYDE PARK VET! Hello friends. Through November 25th, Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic is hosting a food drive for the Metropolitan Ministries. This year has been tough for many people, but more difficult for some. Show your support for your neighbors who need a little love this Thanksgiving and donate to our food drive! Items most needed include cereal, yams, beans, vegetables, stuffing mix, gravy mix, cake/dessert mix and soup. Of course, anything you want to donate will be greatly appreciated. To donate, just swing by our clinic, place your donations on the white table just outside our front door, and then call us to let us know there is a donation waiting outside.
Pet of the day: ANGEL!
This sweet Angel had an appointment today to check her ears. Angel has been scratching here and there and her owners felt she was in discomfort. We sent home ear meds to help her feel better. Now she can keep those ears perked up without an itch!

“Aren’t you a little short for a stormtrooper?” We loved hanging out with this little guy today! Skywalker came in for his last puppy boosters and did great! With a little help from cheesy snacks, he’s all set and ready to take over the dog parks of Tampa, or even in a galaxy far far away.
