This amazing woman coached her last class at ITC tonight. Coach Kayla has been with me since day 1 and helped make this gym what it is. She is moving to Florida and we are all so sad that she is not going to be with us. We are so thankful for the the time that she poured into our competition team and our coaches! We will all be pulling out our inner Kayla as we venture into this next stage without her. 😂 Kayla we are going to miss you girl!! #imnotcryingyourecrying

Hey guys rule videos for tomorrow’s ninja competition and run orders will be up first thing in the morning. We are running a bit behind but you will have plenty of time to view it since competition doesn’t start until 3:00! Remember you can be here 30 mins before your age group competes for check in and warm up! Also we will have concessions and a 50/50 raffle going on! If you aren’t competing please come watch. It’s going to be a fun afternoon.

Y’all I would just like to say I have a freaking rockstar staff!! Last night while setting up for our very first ninja competition, I decided to go hang out at the ER... my staff had to step it up without me and completely transform that gym. Then today they pulled off an amazing competition while I just sat and watched. Blown away by this amazing group of people. Big shout out to Savannah because this weekend she wasn’t just a 14 year old kid, she was a freaking awesome leader that straight handled it! Blessed by the amazing group that I call my ITC family!

Hey ITC family! We have a wonderful opportunity to love on another ITC family this Christmas season. They’ve had a rough year and we want to take this opportunity to help them get some items that they need and want for Christmas. We have covered our tree with angels and if you would like to help out grab an Angel, let our front desk know which angel you have and then get it back to us wrapped with angel on top by December 18. This is a great way to remind our children of what the real Christmas season is all about, being the hands and feet of Jesus!

Feb 6 & 7 National Ninja League Comp. Just a few of the pictures that Lindsey got. Competitors make sure and check your email for the link to all of the photos!
Weekend #1 of 3 Comp weekends in a row! So proud of these girls! Out of the 12 gymnast six of them brought home 1st place all around. Lots of podium finishes for all the girls. And we ended up with a 1st place team and a 2nd place team!! Apart from the wins, we had some major victories this weekend. One of our girls has come such a long way because she was having some major mental blocks and we were scratching her on events in October. This weekend not only was she competing those events but she was scoring 9’s. This was also the very 1st comp for one of our girls. 3 out of 4 of her scores were in the 9’s! Our girls don’t put in as many hours in the gym as a lot of gymnast do at other gyms. We believe in quality over quantity of hours when it comes to training. We also believe that their bodies need and deserve rest. But most of all we feel like the mental strength of our girls is far more important than their physical strength. We pour into our gymnast and they pour into each other. We are building a successful adults not just a gymnast!

That being said we currently only have a few spots open in our classes. We are desperately trying to increase our coaching staff and figure out how to add more classes. So when you send people our way make sure you let them know that we are pretty full and we are working on adding new classes. We also have some exciting news that we hope to fill you guys in on very soon!!

Do you to weather looking like we are going to have severe thunderstorms and tornadoes we will be canceling classes tonight. These classes will be made up on Sunday the 28th. Starting at 4 o’clock with competitive team and running a normal time schedule.
