Check out our latest completed repair! This particular customer had contracted a reputable company here in Knoxville to perform roof and chimney work on their home over the summer. Recently, they developed new leaks in the same area and called us to take a look. Unfortunately, the previous contractor over promised and under delivered - there were multiple portions of the proposal that were purchased, but not actually completed.
During the installation we made sure to take plenty of pictures both during and after the completion of our scope of work. The homeowners were able to take our pictures to the previous contractor and requested a partial refund for the work that was not completed. We love that we were able to not only fix the issue, but help the homeowner make things right with the previous contractor!
