Hello Everyone! We want to reach out and let you guys know that we are currently booked until May 27th if you would like to schedule your appointment for June, Please contact me so that I can get you in! Thank you so much to everyone for supporting our business during these hard times. We appreciate continued support and want to thank all those First responders, Military, Heath Care Professionals for everything you guys do!
Remember we are offering 10% for all First Responders, Military and Health Care Professionals with valid ID.
We also want to inform everyone, our stores new policies
- Face masks or coverings are required
- Credit Card Terminals are cleaned after every customer.
- Store is cleaned twice a day before opening and after closing.
- All kennels are disinfected after each dog and has 15 Min Cleaning Time.
- All Furry Friends must have leashes upon entering our store.
- Minimize all physical contact when transferring furry friends and check in and check out process.
- Our store hours are extended for someday of the week, Call 210-495-1010 to find out when we have extended our business hours.

Dear Valued Customers,
The safety of our customers and employees and our community have been a top priority to me and my staff during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have followed all CDC guidelines to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all our customers, staff and furry friends.
We have been instructed by San Antonio's Public Health Office that we can maintain our stores open, but LIMITED to only 10 customers a day. We will exercise all precautions and maintain social distancing for customers who do schedule with us during this time.
We will continue to be transparent and informative during these uncertain times. Thank you for your continued support and understanding, we will continue to provide information as we get more developments.
Be safe and stay healthy, practice social distancing (6 feet), wash your hands, and keep your self updated and follow the CDC guidelines and the City of San Antonio Public Health.

I would like to reach out with new guidance that has been implemented at our locations. In order to keep our customers and staff safe, the proper saftey measures have been taken as per the CDC recommendations.
We also want to stop the spread if misinformation about the safety of your furry loved ones. In accordance to the CDC, there is no evidence that animal and animal products pose risks of spreading COVID-19 or contracting the virus.
As a veteran and family owned business, we will continue to be transparent and informative to our customers. We appreciate your continued support and ensure all safety measures are being taken to ensure your safety and the safety of your furry loved one.
