Dr. Tirumalasetty is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and has been in practice for over 14 years. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and enjoys being a clinician educator. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. From there she went on to complete her MD at Drexel University of Medicine (aka MCP-Hanemann School of Medicine) in Philadelphia. She became interested in allergy and immunology during her residency training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship training at Northwestern University as well. Since then she has had the pleasure of working in a broad range of clinical settings including VA hospitals, private practice, and academic medicine. She provides comprehensive care for all adult allergy and immunology conditions. Her clinical interests include asthma, chronic urticaria, chronic cough, and allergic rhinitis. In her free time, Dr. Tirumalasetty enjoys plant based cooking, pilates, cycling, and hiking.
