We like to welcome new members to a Kaiut Yoga Studio by first meeting you personally and having a discussion about your health & medical history. This helps us understand how best to serve you personally through the practice. After the initial intake discussion, we welcome you to attend four classes over at most two weeks to get a feel for the practice and the potential for the long-term impact on your health and well-being - those classes are on us. If you then decide that you would like to join the Kaiut Yoga community, there is a small enrolment fee, and we will set you up on our monthly automatic withdrawal plan. This allows you to come to classes as often as you wish. We recommend that you practice at least twice weekly to realize the benefits of the practice and see the results in your body and in your life.
