Please give a big round of applause to Parker for being September’s student month. Over the pass few months, we have seen Parker grow into a very independent student. He approaches Kumon with a ton of confidence. As Parker says, “This is easy” and that is because he is at the just right level for his confidence to continue to grow along his Kumon journey. He learns from his mistakes and owns that knowledge and applies it to more difficult material when he faces them. Great job Parker!
Please congratulate Kaden C. for being September’s student of the month. Kaden is a driven student who overcomes challenges presented to him. Kaden was not happy with his starting point in Kumon and wanted to get to grade level as soon as possible. So as a team (Kaden, his parent and I) we presented Kaden with the challenge of completing 20 pages a day. Not only did Kaden meet those expectation but exceeded them. Kaden completed 3 levels in record time and is now ready to tackle grade level material. Congrats Kaden!
The key to Taarun's success has been his ability to set clearly defined goals and manage his time to complete them. Kumon has shown him that time is limited and one must know what tasks are urgent.
