LaDonna M. Cousins Profile
LaDonna M. Cousins is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Ms. Cousins received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts, in English and Spanish from Georgetown University. Thereafter, she achieved her Juris Doctorate from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Cousins participated in the Domestic Relations Mediation Clinical, where she was trained in mediation skills and conducted mediation sessions with parties referred by the Family Court. After Ms. Cousins’ graduation from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan F. Maven, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County.
Ms. Cousins is dedicated to all facets of family law litigation, such as divorce, contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets and domestic violence. She has extensive experience handling a variety of complex cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law. She is also a highly skilled negotiator in reaching settlements for matters that are ripe for resolution.
Ms. Cousins is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Hudson County Bar Association, serving on their Family Law Committee, and the Justice Virginia Long Family Law American Inn of Court.
Ms. Cousins is also admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
