09/29/20 - Patient presents to practice with a fractured tooth.
10/07/20 - Extraction + Implant placement done.
11/24/20 - Provisional crown fabricated and inserted on same day.
In close to eight weeks we could deliver an esthetic fixed solution to this patient. The highlighted tooth is a porcelain temporary crown. All our temporaries are made in house via our CEREC systems and are porcelain crowns. This allows for better healing because soft tissues (gums) prefer a smooth surface in order to heal faster. It also, provides the patient with a much better cosmetic solution giving them a confident smile while implant and bone are still integrating.

His office has all STATE OF THE ART equipment !!
These "try out/demo" teeth were made from a mold of my teeth on a previous visit, then sent out to be made, then sent back to his office. He temp glued them in to show me EXACTLY what my end result will look like - - took lots of pics, downloaded everything onto the computer and showed me side by side comparison of before and after what I will look like - - unbelievable difference! ** I may post another review after my "new smile" has been completed !

This dentist is almost pain free. But more importantly, this dentist has the newest equipment and knowledge available. The office is taking all possible care to protect the patients during this pandemic. I am having upper and lower implanted dentures. A fairly long process that has been very professionally done every step of the way. I have been advised of the steps to be taken and why they are necessary all the way through these procedures. Better still, he uses steps prior to injections to make them almost pain free. Please give this doctor a try. You will love and trust him as much as I do.

We are looking for a Dental Insurance Coordinator to be responsible for working with insurance companies to verify patients’ benefits, as well as calculating and collecting outstanding payments from patients. You should be proficient in using the Dentrix dental practice management software to update each patient’s file, run and monitor weekly and monthly reports to verify insurance payments received, and upload completed insurance forms into patients’ electronic files.
To be successful as a Dental Insurance Coordinator, you should work closely with patients, explain their benefits to them, communicate any insurance concerns, and manage any insurance disputes. An outstanding Dental Insurance Coordinator should achieve excellent customer service, and share a professional relationship with insurance companies to ensure success in balancing patient benefits with insurance payments.
Dental Insurance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits.
Explaining insurance benefits to patients.
Entering data using Dentrix dental practice management software.
Generating reports for all activities.
Posting payments made by patients.
Following up on non-paid insurance claims.
Managing late payments and overdue accounts.
Processing insurance payments and refunds.
Uploading completed insurance verification forms.
Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies.
Dental Insurance Coordinator Requirements:
High school degree, GED or related.
Minimum of 2 years in a dentist office environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with data entry.
Experienced in Dentrix dental practice management software.
Microsoft Office experience (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billing codes.

Clearly I have high regard for this practice as my husband and I have been coming here the last 20 years since moving to the downtown metropolitan Orlando area. I had another visit today because I had a dental issue and the office worked me in the same day. The doctor is fabulous, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Always spends time explaining details and answering my questions. Everything and everyone is highly professional, the place is clean and they take extra covid precautions. I also have my cleanings done and again, the hygenist spends twice as miuch time with me than any other practice hyginest I've ever been to. It makes a difference.
