The single biggest factor that distinguishes me from other law firms and attorneys is the excellent personal attention and the close contact that I provide to my clients, many of whom are often going through the toughest of times. My job is to help my clients reach their goals and the outcome that they seek under the facts and circumstances of their case. I listen closely to what the client wants and I give them my best advice to try to accomplish their goals in their case and this continues throughout their case as the facts and circumstances might change. I believe that excellent personal service and attention to the client is the first priority and is the key requirement to have a successful outcome. Of course, I will use modern techniques of legal research, fact investigation and methods of communication with my clients but nothing replaces my individual attention and my personal contact with the client. I have a legal assistant and she does a phenomenal job assisting me and keeping my clients informed but it is ultimately my job to make sure the client is kept informed as I try to achieve their goals.
