Well, the State finally passed the remote notarization bill allowing notaries not to be in the physical presence of people signing documents for real estate closings and refinances. They will be done through video conferencing. This will be in effect as long as there is a state of emergency. Rates are also down and 30 year fixed are in low 3's.
