PERCY LAW GROUP, PC, seeks a full time legal assistant for our real estate closings department. Experience with residential real estate closings helpful, but will train. Duties will include clerical, processing, reception responsibilities with direct client contact. We operate in a team environment. Each member, including management personnel, support and encourage all team members while we all stay focused on the bottom line: happy and respected buyers, sellers, real estate agents and mortgage professionals. Our compensation package will be commensurate with your experience. We provide standard employee benefits such as four weeks paid time off, access to medical insurance, access to our 401k benefit plan, firm outings, etc.

You are a professional, hardworking, team oriented, friendly self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ideally you have at least 1-4 years of experience; those with materially more are encouraged to apply as we are always interested in lateral hires with portables. You have excellent research skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of cases simultaneously with our support.
