Court update: Criminal jury trials are scheduled to resume:
Collier County: September 28, 2020
Lee County: September 14, 2020.
Jury trials will have to wait until September: The Chief judge, in consultation with a circuit-wide work-group, has determined that the circuit is not ready for the transition to Phase 3, and will not be able to commence jury trials until at least the week of September 14.

OPERATIONS UPDATE 📢: All 20th Judicial Circuit Courthouses will reopen and resume COVID Phase 2 operations on Tuesday, Nov. 10th. The Florida Supreme Court will issue an Administrative Order extending legal deadlines for the period the courthouses were closed. #SWFL #FLCourts
**COURT OPERATIONS UPDATE**
