Join us for an evening of yoga on Thursday, July 16 at 5:30pm. Instructor Jennifer Daniel will lead you through a beginners vinyasa style flow, moving with your breath. This practice will nourish your mind and body and cultivate a sense of peace and relaxation you can carry with you off the mat.
