Maddocks Collection Services was established in 1931 and was one of California’s original collection agencies. Today, Maddocks has multiple offices throughout the country and services clients nationwide. We have over 80 years of experience collecting virtually every type of debt.
Maddocks is led by a seasoned business management team that has extensive Executive experience in accounting, auditing, finance, operations, healthcare, and credit and collections in both the public and private sectors.
Our collection team is led by individuals with over forty years of industry experience and that have acquired scholar’s degrees in the field of collections ensuring that our practices are compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and all governing laws. This experienced management ensures our ability to create and execute the best possible collection approach for our clients.
