Max Fitness is all about changing peoples lives for the positive. We want people to reach their maximum fitness potential and go above and beyond where they think they can be. Most of what we deal with as fitness coaches is fat loss. When we set programs up for clients, our goal should be to make clients do the things they need and not the things they want. Too many people get caught up in doing the things they like and neglect the things they need. When you do the same activity all the time, your body gets used to it and becomes very efficient. Eventually, that adaptation will mean that you burn fewer calories even when you are doing the same amount of exercise. So the solution is to challenge your body in a way that its not used to. Your body will have to work harder as it adjusts to the new activity, which means that you will burn more calories when you work out. If you have a very nutrient dense diet and are challenging yourself daily with your workout routines, you should be heading in the right direction. If you have hit a plateau, be honest with yourself and see what changes can be made.
