Next up in our #MaximWIL series: Nathalie Williams Nathalie was recently named the 2020 National Team Member of the Year and just celebrated 16 years with Maxim in January! She joined the Maxim family in 2005 as a Credentialing Coordinator responsible for ensuring compliance in our hiring practices, while meeting and exceeding industry regulatory standards. In Spring 2006, she was promoted to the newly created role of District Credentialing Manager with the opportunity to lead a team and oversee regional compliance practices. Six years later, Nathalie took on her current role as Director of Credentialing and Systems Integration. This is a cross-collaborative position that provides technology-based solutions to increase efficiencies at Maxim. Nathalie says, "Early in my career, I was encouraged to own my development, and explore new career opportunities to create my path. What I love about Maxim has been consistent throughout my 16 year journey with the company: What we do every day makes a real difference in people's lives. It's a large organization, but with a team oriented and family atmosphere. When you add this type of culture to our mission - it makes for a great place to grow your career." #WomensHistoryMonth #Leadership
