This is our 2nd time visit this dealership due to an accident to my other Mercedes, so we ended up replacing our car. Luis our sales representative, he had the car ready and prepared at the front as soon as we arrived at the store. Luis was well prepared for us, he honestly nailed it. Omega the Sales Manager and Pedro the Financial Manager were very awesome, professional, and friendly to work with. One word to describe the service is "Excellent!!" Thank you so much!
