Duties include:
-patient care, including drawing blood, placing catheters, administering medications
-running in house diagnostics and maintaining our laboratory and radiology units
-preparing for and monitoring surgery
-performing dental prophylaxis
-communicating with pet owners
-mentoring new employees and acting as team leader
-generally keeping the doctors in line!

This beautiful cockatiel’s name is Hokori! We find it interesting that the cockatiel bird breed requires 14 hours of sleep most days/nights. They also make excellent fathers. While the mothers are responsible for hatching the eggs and caring for the newborn chicks, the male cockatiel doesn’t fly off and abandon them. In fact, they are quite protective of their family. They are super nurturing and affectionate with their young. #daddyknowsbest 🐦✨
