COVID-19 Update Received word from the Health Department and the Alabama Dental Board that the ban on non-urgent dental procedures has been extended until after April 17, 2020. We are still open for emergency dental procedures. Please call our office at 205-769-6238 to make an appointment. If you are having some concerns regarding your dental health and are not sure if you need to come in, give us a call. We can evaluate your symptoms over the phone and advise you on the best coarse of action. Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 to 5:00. We will be calling our patient’s with appointments to get them rescheduled. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we adhere to the new regulations. COVID-19 Update As COVID-19 outbreak continues, MST Dental has made monitoring and responding to this situation a top priority for the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our office is following The Alabama and American Dental Association guidelines. In addition to our normal infection control precautions, we are screening all patient and visitors for respiratory symptoms as they arrive at our office. The following new guidelines have been implemented: All cleaning appointments have been rescheduled until after April 9, 2020. Effective March 23, 2020 to April 9, 2020 only urgent dental procedures will be performed. All patients will be required to answer screening questions and have temperature checks until further notice. All patients are asked to attend their appointments alone. Any persons accompanying a patient will be asked to wait in their car. If it is unavoidable that another person attend, such as a parent they will be subject to the same screening procedures as the patient. Only ONE additional person will be admitted.. If you are exhibiting symptoms: fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, had close contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 and are experiencing symptoms such as pain, swelling, signs of infection such as drainage, call the office and we will advise you of what to do. Office Hours-Opening at 9:00am Monday-Thursday ( This may be adjusted check back for updates). We will update as needed. This is situation changes daily and dates may need to be extended.
