Sharisse Stephenson, MD, at Neurological Associates of North Texas in Abilene and Dallas, Texas, offers compassionate care to patients struggling with pain, muscle weakness, and other complex symptoms caused by neurological conditions. While she’s an expert in today’s most advanced neurological testing, Dr. Stephenson believes that the most important diagnostic tool is listening to her patients, a trait that makes a significant difference in their treatment and outcome.
Dr. Stephenson treats the full scope of neurological conditions, from brain injuries to complex neuropathies. She has a special interest in the treatment of migraines, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. 
After receiving her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, Dr. Stephenson obtained her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She is a Board Certified Headache Specialist and Brain Injury Medicine Specialist. She has postgraduate training in neurological disorders and stroke management from Tufts University in Boston. Dr. Stephenson is currently affiliated with City Hospital at White Rock.
