Let Aaron Santos, personal trainer and fitness specialist challenge your children with a moderate paced, calorie burning workout using body weight exercises, agility exercises and strength training exercises. This 4-week program is geared towards all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered to the beginner or advanced participant.
Class meets twice a week. Some restrictions apply. Minimum of 6 participants. Class is only available to children of active members.
