Greetings Oak Knoll Family, I have a very special request for you! The second week in October is Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week. We feel it's important to appreciate every member of our team, so we plan on celebrating our whole team that week - from techs, to doctors to client service representatives! Typically, little gifts and food are involved in our week long celebration, but this year I wanted to do something different - and THAT is where you come in! I would like to compile stories or notes from clients for each team member. I am hoping you would be willing to send an email sharing how one of our employees made your visit a positive experience. It can be for a specific person, or for the team in general. It can be a sentence, or a book - I will gladly accept anything you are willing to share! Bonus points if pictures are included!! Please send your stories to this top secret email account so I can surprise my team: appreciation@mail.com If you aren't sure of names or faces, here is a link to our employee bios, or you can always describe the person for me as well. We're working on getting our bios updated, but Joshua is no longer with us as he relocated for school, and Kylie is our newest team member that has yet to be added. Thank you so much for your time, Stephanie Hamerlinck Hospital Manager https://www.oakknollanimalhospital.com/staff
