Ocean Hills is re-opening LIVE TOURS and has the following precautions in place:
- Tours will be conducted by appointment only.
- Tour schedule is from 9am-11:15am and 1pm-4pm.
- No more than 2 guests allowed on the same tour at one time.
- All guests are required to wear a face mask.
- All guests will be required to submit to and pass a screening before touring the community.
- Guest will maintain social distancing (6ft or more) from all residents and tour guide.

Meet our resident, Alex Johnson! Alex was the very first resident to move into our community in April of last year. He now leads our community as President of Resident Council and has also established the Employee Appreciation Fund.
Alex is a very accomplished man! Prior to retiring, he served in the US Army Air Corp and also had a career as Vice President of Human Resources for Bank of America. These are only two points of his very long and impressive list of accomplishments. Today, you can find Alex working on his artwork in our activities room or enjoying a glass of wine at our happy hour. No matter where you find him, you'll always be sure to find great conversation and a handsome smile!
