Fitness is more than a one-season sport, and no one knows that better than New Orleans Saints punter Thomas Morstead. Morstead hits Ochsner Fitness Center when he's not in season and just checked out the $5 million in renovations and enhancements at its Harahan location in this video. Watch as Morstead tries out some of the new equipment, including the new spin bikes in the Ride Lab; the center’s new cardio space, with 100 brand-new, high-tech cardio machines; and the newly resurfaced running track. Safety, of course, is an important part of the playbook. A new HVAC system ensures clean air flow, and guests are required to wear a mask and pass a temperature check when entering the facility.
