We want to congratulate Heidi on her promotion from Associate Property Manager at Perry Place/Grand Bend Club Apartments to our Divisional Training Specialist. Heidi will travel to our nine communities to train new leasing team members.
Clyde's Pit food truck will be visiting Perry Place/Grand Bend Club on November 5th. It's a great way to get an inexpensive, convenient and delicious dinner right near your home! We hope you will take advantage of their visit to our community!

Happy New Year! Join us in celebrating the 100-YEAR anniversary of Edward Rose & Sons in 2021!
Our company was established in 1921 after Mr. Edward Rose built his very first house in the Detroit area (shown below). In his first year of building, he completed five homes. The next year, he built ten homes. By 1924, he had built 15 homes in one year.
In the mid-1920s, he was credited with pioneering the use of poured concrete basements and equipping modestly priced homes with central heating.
We are proud of our company’s history and can’t wait to share more stories with you!
