Thank you for joining us on a tour of our Two Bedroom Pine Apartment! These apartments offer so much from central air, to in-unit washer and dryers in a separate laundry room. They are approximately 800 square feet and also include FREE heat!
The community offers carports, grills and picnic tables, community gardens, basketball, volleyball, regularly scheduled community events and so much more!
You are able to select the apartment you choose along with the rental rate that works best for you based upon the specific apartment, your desired move in date and lease term.

Happy New Year! Join us in celebrating the 100-YEAR anniversary of Edward Rose & Sons in 2021!
Our company was established in 1921 after Mr. Edward Rose built his very first house in the Detroit area (shown below). In his first year of building, he completed five homes. The next year, he built ten homes. By 1924, he had built 15 homes in one year.
In the mid-1920s, he was credited with pioneering the use of poured concrete basements and equipping modestly priced homes with central heating.
We are proud of our company’s history and can’t wait to share more stories with you!
